City Asset in S. Jakarta Protected With Signpost

In order to protect the assets of Jakarta Provincial Government, around four plots of land in Grogol Utara Urban Village, Kebayoran Lama Sub-District mounted a signpost of ownership.

Mayor of South Jakarta, Tri Kurniadi disclosed, the ownership signpost was mounted in order to anticipate takeover action from third party. The land is the obligation of the developer to the city's public facilities (SUK).

Budget Readiness Disturbs Law Bureau Defending City Asset

"This is obligation matter from PT Permata Hijau developer that already delivered in 1996. Then for its designation is for park, educational facility and others. That's why we keep this by mounting a signpost," he told, Thursday (2/4).

Those four plots are located at Jalan Alexandria, Permata Hijau Housing Complex as wide as 3,000 square meters, Block J as wide as 3,000 square meters, Block D as wide as 1,000 square meters, as well as Jalan Emas and Jalan Perak.

He added South Jakarta Administration will charge developers who have not submitted their obligations to the city administration.

"Yesterday, we already mounted a signpost in Petukangan. We will keep hunting the developers," he asserted.
